At Chicago Neck and Back Institute, we accept many insurances -- including AETNA, BCBS, CIGNA, and Medicare.  We also participate in many PPO's, HMO's, and IPA's.  The Institute offers individualized payment plans to meet the needs of our patients.  Our services include spinal decompression therapy, physical therapy, behavior modification, and work conditioning.  Pain relieving procedures and functional capacity evaluations are all part of our team effort to address the needs of the patient.  The combined treatment approach among our professionals provides the patient with the highest probability of correcting the underlying problem and returning them to a normal life.
